BC Pangilinan Realty Research, Marketing, and Appraisal Services, a sole proprietary enterprise to be registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), will secure license to engage in Real Estate Service Business from the local government of the City of Dasmarinas and it is already accredited by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Bord (HLURB). The principal place of business will be lo

cated at Block 4, Lot 6, Marilag Subdivision, Barangay Zone 4, Dasmarinas City, Cavite. Pangilinan, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser accredited by various real estate developers and dealers. It started pre-operating activities last January 4, 2016 but plans to open its doors for operation in April 2016 upon completion of all the requirements. As our core focus, the firm will sponsor for PRC-HLURB accreditation twenty (20) Real Estate Salespersons to engage and serve in the project selling catering to the needs of socialized, low-cost, middle, and higher income bracket home seekers in NCR, III, and IV-A (CALABARZON) regions. The firm will also provide services in the areas of general brokerage and real estate appraisal for various purposes. As a real estate research entity, it will offer its clients value-added services on property documentation, titling, and taxation compliance. It will also assist prospective property investors in finding the right properties suitable to their desired business in conformity to environmental laws and restrictions. Writing Feasibility Studies and Real Estate Business Plans will be our secondary focus. Our credibility, reputation, and high quality services will be our principal means of advertisements while maintaining excellent linkages and professional relationships with clients, different professional, governmental and non-governmental organizations. Objectives
The primary objectives of firm are:
• To become profitable upon the start of operations allowing us the freedom to take each and every opportunity to grow whenever investment opportunities become available;
• To invite into the firm and hire self-motivated, success-oriented, and hardworking real estate salespersons;
• To provide and maintain an office for at least twenty (20) active salespersons with consistently delivered productivity requirements;
• Develop a solid identity in our specified targeted market area;
• To establish good working relationships and begin working as a team, promoting communication and suggestions from all participants;
• To become one of the top ten (10) brokerage firms in operation in the region by the third year of operation, or earlier;
• To realize 25% profitability rate after a year of operation and subsequently gister 35-40% on the succeeding years. Mission
• Providing sustainable livelihood for our real estate salespersons and associates through commissions, incentives, and allowances;
• Providing professional real estate services and assistance to investors, home/property buyers, sellers, and lenders;
• Propagating adherence/compliance to the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (RESA Law, R.A. 9646).
