Basic Requirements
• Latest Tax Declaration (Tax Dec)
• Previous Official Receipt (if any)
• Valid ID of property owner
• Exact property location (Block/Lot/Street)
If Representative Will Process
• Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
• Valid ID of representative
• Photocopies of IDs (owner & representative)
For OFWs
• SPA (notarized or consularized)
• Copy of passport
• Proof of property ownership (Tax Dec or Title)
Additional Documents (varies by LGU)
• Land Title / Deed of Sale
• Tax Clearance (for old balances)
• Updated barangay certificate (for improvements)
