Second: Depende sa inyong capitalization, kailangan mong kumuha ng business permit. (Pwedeng sa barangay kung maliit talaga ang negosyo, o sa Business Permit and Licensing office ng inyong munisipyo). You may inquire sa inyong barangay kung saan ka dapat kumuha.

Third: File you BIR registration. May babayaran ba? Oo, may babayaran na registration fee at documentary fees.
- Ang tax na babayaran mo sa BIR magsisimula kung kailan na issue ang inyong DTI business name Certificate.

Note: For micro enterprise (those enterprise na hindi lalagpas sa 3M ang total assets) may apply for BMBE Certificate sa DTI and Negosyo Center Offices to avail of tax exemption for income arising from the operation of the business.
