To build a healthy team everyone should understand how it feels to be that other person, your colleagues. When you learn how to empathise with your team it will be easier for you to share your knowledge and skills to others โ knowing that once upon a time you were also a beginner. Empathy means you care for other people. If there is care within the team, it is a team that will endure many challenges.

One key component of making sure that a team survives is to make sure everyone is available to work together, to help each other.
