North Grove at Pristina North Is Officially Underway!
Cebu City, August 5, 2025 โ Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), together with its partners Cebu Homegrown Developer Inc. and Ixidor Holdings, just broke ground on a new project that's going to change the game for city living: North Grove at Pristina North. This brand-new community is located in Bacayan, Talamban, Cebu City.
