Notarized doesn’t always mean valid.
Many people believe that once a document is notarized, it’s automatically legal and final.
But according to the Supreme Court, if a document is proven to be fake or forged even if it was notarized it is still INVALID.
⚠️ That means:
Having a notary stamp is not enough.
✅ The contents must be truthful, genuine, and done with proper legal process.
At OKDR Law Office, we make sure your documents are not just notarized, but legally sound and safe. We take the time to check, explain, and guide you through every step because your protection matters to us.
