The Cebu City Jeepney Task Force with the implementation of the Balik Pasada Program will formally start the ON-SITE TPUJ Drivers Registration this Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Plaza Sugbo grounds (fronting the Magellan's Cross and the Cebu City Legislative Building). Registration will start at 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.

For ON-SITE Registration:

Please bring the following requirements:
1. Original Professional Driver's License (not expired)
2. 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture with white background (please write your full name at the back of the photos)

STEPS:

1. Present your ORIGINAL PROFESSIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE and 2 pcs. 2x2 ID PICTURE to the Jeepney Task Force personnel.

2. Upon submission of the requirements, the Jeepney Task Force personnel will ask for the following details:
a. Present Address
b. Contact Number
c. Transport Cooperative or Transport Group Membership/Affiliation

3. After encoding, the Jeepney Task Force will issue an Acknowledgment Slip with the contact details of the Jeepney Task Force. The Jeepney Task Force will contact the applicant for his/her schedule of the Covid19 Rapid Test.

For ONLINE Registration

Please send an EMAIL with the photos (PDF file or JPEG file) of the requirements with the following information:
a. Present Address
b. Contact Number
c. Transport Cooperative or Transport Group Membership/Affiliation

The Cebu City Jeepney Task Force will then send a REPLY through an Acknowledgment Slip with contact information.
