With insights from respected experts like Dr. Winston Conrad Padojinog, Joey Bondoc of Colliers Philippines, and Jose Franco Soberano of Cebu Landmasters, one message stood out clearly — real estate remains one of the most resilient and strategic investments, even during economic uncertainty.

What I appreciate about events like this is the clarity it brings to both investors and practitioners. Markets may shift, inflation may rise, and global conditions may change — but well-located, well-planned developments continue to hold value and create long-term opportunities.

In Cebu and across VisMin, growth is still very much active. Infrastructure developments, urban expansion, and increasing demand for quality housing continue to support the strength of the property market. This is why timing and positioning are critical — the biggest gains are often made by those who understand the market early and act decisively.
