Atty. Magdalena Cecilia Arriola was invited by the University of San Carlos – Center for Legal Aids Work (CLAW) as a speaker at the “Barug Babaye: Women’s Rights Awareness Caravan,” held in collaboration with the Cebu Lady Lawyers Association Inc. (CELLA) in celebration of Women’s Month. 🌸

During the event, she shared her knowledge on the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) Act, as well as the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act with the constituents of Barangay Basak, Mandaue City.

This activity is part of the ongoing efforts of USC CLAW and CELLA to empower women in local communities by raising awareness about laws that protect their rights and welfare. 💜

We are pleased to welcome Atty. Magdalena Cecilia Arriola as the newest Senior Lawyer of our law office!

Atty. Arriola brings with her extensive experience in handling civil, criminal, and labor cases for corporate clients. Prior to joining our team, she practiced with two distinguished Metro Manila law firms—Picazo Law in Makati and Gulapa Law in Ortigas—where she gained valuable experience representing and advising corporate clients in complex legal matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2020 and went on to pass the 2022 Bar Examinations with exemplary performance.

Atty. Arriola’s practice focuses on Family Law, Criminal Law, and Labor Law.

We are excited to have her on board and look forward to the expertise and dedication she brings to our clients and our practice.
