Job Description:
The Law Office Messenger will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our legal practice. This position involves handling a variety of tasks related to the delivery and retrieval of important legal documents and materials. The ideal candidate will be dependable, possess excellent time management skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and pick up legal documents and packages to and from clients, courts, and other law firms.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of documents to various locations.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with filing and organizing documents within the office.
Perform general office errands, including trips to the post office, banks, and other locations as needed.
Maintain a log of deliveries and pickups.
Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate tasks and priorities.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Skill in driving motorcycle or car.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong familiarity with Cebu City, Mandaue and Lapu Lapu, and ability to navigate efficiently.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Compensation:
PHP 12,000.00 monthly gross pay
Gas allowances for out-of-town or trips requiring extensive field activity

Finance/Admin Staff
Job Description:
The Law Office Finance/Admin Staff will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our legal practice. They will assist in the smooth running of the office by supporting in the sending of bills and/or the drafting of simple documents.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the routine tasks in the office as to reduce the load on the lawyers.
Draft simple documents with little intervention.
Assist in creation of longer documents.
Generate billing statements for services rendered.
Track expenses, transactions, and generate simple financial statements therefrom.
Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate tasks and priorities.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with a relevant certificate in bookkeeping or other certification in the field of accounting.
Candidates with a bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting or partial completion thereof will be preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Minimum Wage with increase on regularization
