Pursuant to OCA Circular No. 132-2026 dated July 17, 2026, the University of San Jose-Recoletos School of Law informs all law students, particularly upcoming Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP) applicants, of the updated procedure for the submission of applications for Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP) Certification.

The revised guidelines outline the required online submission, submission of physical documents, and the corresponding processing procedures in accordance with the Circular. Students are encouraged to carefully review the information provided to ensure familiarity with the updated requirements and procedures.

"Every Filipino has a moral duty to exhibit blazing indignation at corruption..."

Chasing the late Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago’s call to action, Group 15 of the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Clinical Legal Education Program is taking the fight against systemic corruption to the very roots of our society: the barangay.

Through Project T.A.M.A.N.G. Governance (Transparency, Accountability, Management, Action, Nation-building, and Good Governance), these student-lawyers are turning legal theory into powerful public service. The team actively mobilized to arm local communities with the legal tools necessary to demand accountability from the ground up.

The legal literacy campaign came to life through two high-impact seminars spearheaded by Team Leader Deutche Atil Mark M. M***a, Assistant Leader Jeriel Y. Panimdim, and members Nerhett Dave E. Adeva, Florenz Rafael R. Camingue, Jumillah Roisin K. Dilangalen, Aira Jean S. Maningo, and Naneth G. Suralta. The crucial sessions were rolled out in Brgy. Canduman, Mandaue City on April 21, 2026, followed by Brgy. Bacayan, Cebu City on May 5, 2026, marking a significant step toward a more transparent future.
