AVAIL OF THE ESTATE TAX AMNESTY BEFORE THE EXTENDED DEADLINE OF JUNE 14, 2023 AND HAVE YOUR INHERITED PROPERTIES AND ASSETS TRANSFERRED TO YOUR NAME WITHOUT PENALTY AND PAY 6% ESTATE TAX INSTEAD OF 20%!

On June 30, 2021, R.A. No. 11569 was signed into law which extended the period of availment of the estate tax amnesty for two (2) years, from June 15, 2021 per RA 11213 or the Tax Amnesty Act of 2019 to June 14, 2023.

Because of the said law, estate of decedents who died on or before December 31, 2017 and whose assessments remained unpaid or accrued as of the said date can be settled until JUNE 14, 2023 and avail of the amnesty. Those who will avail themselves within the prescribed period will pay either the reduced tax amnesty of 6%, from the previous 20%, of the decedent’s total net taxable estate or the minimum amnesty tax of P5,000 in case there is a negative estate.

There’s only 159 days left to avail of the tax amnesty. Act now before it’s too late.
