TO ALL MOTORIST AND TRAFFIC ENFORCER

This is to invite the public thru the social media relative to my invention, the so called Traffic Accident Reporting Template (TART), an invention that could provide an efficient and accurate template for diagramming traffic intersections, trace road layouts and the car’s position in the accident scene in a very short period of time, most especially today that we have to strictly observed the social-distancing because of the covid-19 virus, plus the fact that pictures of the accident taken thru cellphone cameras can be easily edited.

Yours truly is a retired police officer who is also an inventor, a member of the Philippine Inventors Society, who was able to invent a solution to traffic congestions caused by vehicular accidents. The said solution is packaged in what is called the Traffic Accident Reporting Template (TART), actual demonstrations of which have been documented and complimented by authorities for its usefulness.

The traffic investigation report with the used of TART prepared by traffic personnel and/or the car owner himself can be used as basis in processing insurance claims in lieu of police reports which is the only report generally recognized by insurance companies.
In view of this, I humbly invite everyone especially those car owners to view the video to be able to introduce and satisfactory explain to you my invention, in the hope that our traffic crisis might somehow be ameliorated.
