Contract Signing Ceremony 🤝

Atty. Raymond Joel L. Balbuena officially signs his contract as Legal Consultant of the Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, alongside the Honorable Vice Mayor Dan Melgar and Mayor Henry Teves of Naujan.

Before entering private practice, Atty. Balbuena served as a Graft Investigation Officer at the Office of the Ombudsman for a long time, bringing with him extensive experience in Administrative Law, the Local Government Code, and other laws governing public administration.
