Bakit ito napakahalaga? Ang mga suspended o revoked na HOA ay:

1. WALANG LEGAL NA KARAPATAN na magpatupad ng mga kapangyarihan sa ilalim ng RA 9904.

2. HINDI MAKAKAPAG-AVAIL ng mga serbisyo ng DHSUD.

3. HINDI MAKAKAPAGSAMPA NG KASO sa HSAC (Human Settlements Adjudication Commission), pero maaari pa ring ireklamo at harapin ang mga violations.
