ACTIVITY UPDATES❗
For the months of May and June 2026, the Calamba-Laguna Real Estate Board, Inc. (CLRB) remained steadfast in its commitment to professional development, member engagement, and timely public service.
For the Month of May:
Our board focused heavily on planning, educational programs, and national presence. A major highlight was our successful attendance at the PAREB National Conference, where CLRB made a strong showing with a dedicated delegation of 25 delegates. We were also incredibly proud to showcase our very own First Couple—a dedicated husband-and-wife tandem—as CLRB's official candidates for Mr. and Ms. PAREB.
On May 27 and 28, we conducted our Real Estate Brokerage Seminar, which saw an impressive turnout of nearly 60 attendees. We capped off the month on May 29 with our General Membership Meeting (GMM) combined with our CRM Digital Onboarding Training (Batch 1). This major event equipped our members with automated workflows for the modern market and was made possible through the generous sponsorship of our developer partners: SMDC, Arthaland, and Pueblo De Oro.
For the Month of June:
We carried this momentum straight into June with a full operational calendar. On June 9, we successfully rolled out the 2nd Batch of our CRM Digital Onboarding Training. To sustain our institutional growth, we convened our 6th Board of Trustees Meeting to finalize local policies and upcoming initiatives. Looking ahead, we are set to host another Real Estate Brokerage Seminar next week, on June 17 and 18, to accommodate the growing interest in our profession.
Crucially, as a forward-looking board, we are currently in the process of amending our Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws to better adapt to the changing times, ensuring our organizational governance remains agile and relevant.
June was also originally set to mark our 37th Anniversary. However, in light of the recent earthquake affecting our brethren in Mindanao, the CLRB Board of Trustees decided to postpone our anniversary celebration from June to July 2026.
True to the spirit of PAREB, we have redirected our energy toward solidarity. We have launched a Donation Drive for the earthquake victims, accepting donations in kind at the CLRB Office and cash donations through our official board account. We encourage everyone to join us in this effort.
Looking Ahead to July:
As we look forward to July, our rescheduled 37th Anniversary Celebration will feature a special Sports Event to foster camaraderie among our members. Concurrently, July will also mark our intensive RESA Awareness Month campaigns, where we will actively promote compliance, professional ethics, and the strict adherence to RA 9646 in our communities.
In Summary:
May and June have been months of visible presence, organizational modernization, continuous education, and profound solidarity. CLRB remains deeply committed to PAREB’s national direction—strengthening our practitioners through technology and training while standing with our communities in times of crisis.
Thank you very much, keep safe, and good day.
