We would like to inform everyone that Atty. Emmanuel E. Sandicho is not associated with any text messages or online communications claiming legal actions, payments, or threats.

⚠️ Any such messages are fraudulent and should be ignored.

As a reminder, all legitimate legal communications are done strictly in writing, either:

✅ Personally served by authorized court personnel,
✅ Sent through LBC or other Supreme Court-approved private couriers, or
✅ Delivered via PhilPost (Post Office).

📚 Under the Rules of Court, particularly Rule 13, Section 3, written notice is required for all legal pleadings, motions, and court-related communications. Text messages, emails, or chat apps are not valid methods of legal service unless expressly allowed by the court.

Please stay vigilant. If you receive any suspicious messages using the name of Atty. Sandicho, report it immediately to the authorities or our office.
