A Call to Service: Volunteer for the IBP Batangas Chapter's Legal Aid Caravan!
In the spirit of service and in celebration of Law Month, the Integrated Bar of the
Philippines (IBP) - Batangas Chapter is calling on its dedicated members to volunteer
for the upcoming Simultaneous Legal Aid Caravan.
This is an invaluable opportunity to extend our legal expertise to our fellow Batangueños
who are most in need. Let us come together to uphold our oath and make a meaningful
impact across the province.

In line with IBP Batangas Board Resolution No. 2024-001, Series of 2024, there are now minimum fees set for Notarial and Legal Services provided by lawyers who are Notaries Public in the province of Batangas.

👉 What does this mean for you?
• All lawyers who are commissioned as Notaries Public in Batangas must follow these standard minimum fees.
• This ensures that fees are fair, consistent, and transparent across the province.
• When you go to a Lawyer–Notary Public, you can expect the rates to follow this guideline.

These rates cover common notarial services such as:
✔️ Affidavits
✔️ Special Powers of Attorney (SPA)
✔️ Contracts & Agreements
✔️ Other documents that require notarization
