More than a mark, our logo conveys the principles that guide our practice of law: care, conscience, and integrity.

The logo of the Rodriguez-Salvaña Law Office reflects the firm’s identity, values, and commitment to the legal profession.

At its heart blooms the red rose, drawn from “rosa” in Filipino and bearing RO-SA, the first syllables of Rodriguez-Salvaña, the surname of the firm’s founder, Atty. Judee Mae.

Like the lawyer it represents, the rose holds gentleness and force in equal measure. Soft in counsel and firm in defense, it stands as a symbol of identity, strength, and integrity, echoing the founder’s creed:

“I am like a rose—
all petals and thorns;
both soft and strong.”

At the rose’s sides rest the scales of justice, which are steady and unshaken, bearing witness to the firm’s dedication to principled advocacy and to upholding the rule of law.

Encasing these elements is the shield, an emblem of protection, ethical resolve, and steadfast representation. It reflects the firm’s commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of those it serves and to defending what is right without favor.

Together, these elements transcend mere logo and design. They reflect the identity of the Rodriguez-Salvaña Law Office, a practice anchored in truth, guided by integrity, and devoted to justice.

Price discrepancy? Unsay maayong buhaton?

1. Check the price tag.
Before going to the counter, check the tag or shelf price of the consumer product.

2. Compare it at the cashier.
If the scanned price is higher, that’s a price discrepancy.

3. Politely inform the cashier.
Show them the price tag or bring them to where the price is posted.

4. Go to the Consumer Welfare Desk / Customer Care.
If the cashier can’t resolve it, proceed to the store’s CWD, Customer Service, or Supervisor for assistance.

5. Remember the Consumer Act.
Under Article 81, it is unlawful to offer any consumer product for retail sale without a proper price tag, and such products shall not be sold at a price higher than what is stated.

6. Keep your receipt and take photos.
Take a clear photo of the price tag and keep your receipt. This serves as evidence if you need to follow up or report the issue.

7. Report to DTI if unresolved.
If the store still refuses to honor the lower price, file a report with your local DTI office.

Our law firm proudly held its 6th Legal Aid Activity with the theme “Empowering the Uniformed Service Through Legal Awareness: Promoting Respect, Responsibility, and Accountability in the Digital and Personal Spheres.” This meaningful initiative was dedicated to the brave women and men of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) who continue to serve and protect our nation with integrity and courage.

The activity featured Capt. Atty. Gregor Alfonsin C. Pondoyo from the AFP Judge Advocate General Service (JAGO), together with the lawyers of Rodriguez-Salvaña. All participating lawyers shared valuable insights on legal awareness, discipline, and accountability, while providing free legal consultations to empower our uniformed personnel in both digital and personal spheres.

As we continue our mission of public service, we remain committed to upholding justice with a heart, ensuring that access to legal knowledge and assistance reaches every Filipino community. Through collaboration and shared advocacy, we strive to strengthen respect, responsibility, and accountability in all aspects of life.

The lawyers of our law office, Atty. Judee Mae G. Rodriguez-Salvaña and Atty. Fritz Harold D. Raran, joined in joyful celebration at the send-off party for the 2025 graduates and bar examinees of Liceo de Cagayan University College of Law. As proud faculty members of the College of Law, our lawyers were honored to take part in this momentous occasion, wishing the future legal professionals success and strength in their journey ahead.

Atty. Raran shared tips on mastering bar questions, particularly in understanding question types and effectively answering essay questions. He also discussed techniques for effective time management and daily writing practice.

This is a testament that our lawyers are not only well-grounded in litigation and dedicated to serving the community through various legal aid initiatives, but are also actively involved in the academe, ensuring that Liceo Law students are guided, inspired, and well-prepared for the challenges ahead.

We extend our gratitude to the new Dean of Liceo Law, Dean Judge Gil G. Bollozos, CPA (Ret.) and the officers of the Law Student Organization for inviting our lawyers-law professors to this meaningful event.

To the graduates and bar examinees: trust in your preparation, believe in your purpose, and remain steadfast in your pursuit of justice. The journey to becoming a lawyer is never easy, but it is always worth it.

Adelante, Liceo Law!

Our law office paid a courtesy visit to Punong Barangay Raineir Joaquin “Kikang” Velez Uy of Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City in preparation for our upcoming legal aid activity on 12 July 2025, which will coincide with the Barangay’s fiesta celebration. The visit aimed to coordinate event logistics and ensure the smooth implementation of the activity in line with the ongoing fiesta preparations of Barangay Carmen.

With the theme “Empowering Lives, Advocating for Justice that Thrives,” this initiative seeks to bring justice closer to the people by raising awareness of their legal rights and promoting access to free legal services, especially for the marginalized sectors of the community.

This legal aid activity will specifically focus on senior citizens, who are among the most vulnerable members of society. By addressing legal concerns related to pensions, property rights, healthcare entitlements, and protection from abuse, we aim to empower our elders with the knowledge and support they need to live with dignity, security, and peace of mind.
