Please be informed that there is an ongoing water supply interruption at Cluster 7, Pueblo Golf Estates today, July 25, 2026, due to the urgent leak repair works in the main distribution line which require a temporary shutdown of the water supply. Our water utility team is currently on site, and works are expected to be completed by 2:00 PM.

After the completion of repairs, system flushing will be conducted, and water pressure will be gradually restored to normal operating levels to prevent possible pipe bursting. Should you experience temporary water discoloration upon restoration, please allow the water to run for a few minutes until it becomes clear.

📢 ADVISORY: Scheduled Maintenance - Deepwell Maintenance

Please be advised that our Water Operations Team will conduct a scheduled maintenance (pull-out) of the N4 Deepwell on Saturday, April 4. This facility supplies Philam Life Village, Golden Glow Village, GGN1 and 2, GGNC and Pueblo Business Park.

💧 No water interruption is expected, as operations from our other wells will be extended to maintain continuous supply. However, minimal pressure fluctuations may be experienced in some areas during the activity especially during peak hours.

Our team will closely monitor the system to ensure stable water service throughout the maintenance period.

💧 PDO WATER SERVICE IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES:

Line maintenance and system flushing are scheduled from March 2 to March 12, 2026 across Pueblo de Oro Township.

Please refer to the schedule below for the specific dates and affected areas.

We advise customers to store sufficient water during the activity window and to flush taps for a few minutes after the activity until the water runs clear.

Water supply services remain continuous and stable in our PDO Township Supply Area despite the current power interruption from the electric utility (CEPALCO). All water sources are operating using our backup generator sets, allowing us to maintain normal production and distribution.
