UPDATE: Catch the highlights of our newest milestone in Cagayan De Oro as Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan and Cebu Landmasters celebrated the Dedication day of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Groundbreaking Ceremony of Xavier University Masterson Campus and Manresa Town last September 8, 2022.

A Eucharistic mass was celebrated that marks the solemn Dedication Day of the Xavier University Masterson Campus and Manresa Township to the Blessed Virgin Mary during the Feast Day of the Nativity of Mary led by Cagayan de Oro Archbishop Jose Cabantan DD alongside XU President Fr Mars Tan SJ, XU Trustee Fr Gabriel Jose Gonzales SJ, and other Jesuits.

The groundbreaking ceremony was led by the principal guests from Xavier University, Cebu Landmasters and the Local Government of Cagayan de Oro City .

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) and Xavier University (XU) - Ateneo de Cagayan inked this morning a Memorandum of Agreement to acquire 14.3 hectares of XU’s Manresa Property in uptown Cagayan de Oro. Proceeds of which will be used to develop the new XU Masterson Campus dubbed as “Campus of the Future”, which at 21 hectares will be three times larger in area than the current campus.
