More than a tournament, the inaugural J13 Cup In Memoriam is a celebration of a life dedicated to service, integrity, and justice.
The official beneficiary of this first-ever event is BP Nueva Ecija's HANEP SERBISYO Legal Aid Program—the chapter's flagship initiative that continues to bring legal assistance to indigent individuals and underserved communities throughout the province.
Fresh from being recognized as the Best Legal Aid Chapter during the 2025 IBP National Convention, IBP Nueva Ecija remains steadfast in its commitment to expand its reach and serve even more Filipinos in need of access to justice.
This cause is especially meaningful because it embodies the very values that the late Judge Trese D. Wenceslao championed throughout his distinguished career.
