Kung dili importante ang lakaw, likayi nga dugay mabuwad sa adlaw hilabina sa udtong tutok, ug magsul-ob og gaan ug comfortable nga sanina.

Mag-inom kanunay og tubig aron malikayan ang heat stroke ug dehydration.

Kung magkinahanglan og tabang o adunay i-report sa heat related illness, tawag sa CDRRMD Operation Center sa 0921-768-7287.
