🔔 The Guidelines on Electronic Submission of Pleadings in Lower Courts (A.M. No. 10-3-7-SC/A.M. No. 11-9-4-SC) was published in the Manila Bulletin and the Philippine Star last August 13, 2023. The Guidelines shall take effect two weeks after publication in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
