Allow us to help you spend more time with your clients, family members, and friends by handling the time-consuming and repetitive tasks you are doing for your business. Then, with business enthusiasts for 4 years now helping them grow their business. Prior to working remotely, we have been customer service representatives for some years in a corporate business process outsourcing office. R&R Basic

started when we (Rochelle & Daisy Razel) worked together as showings coordinators with a team under Keller Williams. We improved the strategy that was first introduced by the team Advisor and we believe that this strategy would fit Real Estate brokers, teams, brokerages and realtors take their business to the next level. The strategy that we have prompted us to focus providing showings coordinator services to Real Estate brokers, teams, brokerages and even realtors. When pandemic hit, we wanted to expand our services and help others by providing a wider scope of VA (virtual assistance) to coaches, consultants, business enthusiasts and any individual who is struggling to keep up with their daily work load. The price of a home sold in March set a record, as inventory dwindled and sales fell

•March sales were 4.5% lower than the same period in 2021.

•The median price of an existing home sold in March was $375,300, an increase of 15% from March 2021. That’s the highest median price ever recorded by the Realtors.

•At the end of March there were 950,000 homes for sale, a decrease of 9.5% year over year. At the current sales pace that represents a two-month supply.
