Bakit mahalaga ang pagiinvest sa Healthcare, life insurance and investment.

Simple Formula.

FOOD = 100 daily or 3,000 monthly

If nag retire ka ng 60 yrs old at nabuhay ka pa hanggang 75 yrs old.

3,000 × 12 Months = 36,000
36,000 × 15yrs. = 540,000 pesos

1.Tanong ano plano mo para magkaron ng 540k?
2. Ikaw pa lang yan. Hindi pa kasama kung may papakainin ka. Asawa? Anak? Magulang?
4. Pagkain pa lang yan. Paano ang iba pang bayarin kapag wala knang work kasi retire na? 5. What if plano mong magretire ng mas maaga?

Madami pwedeng mangyari. Paano kung dika handa? Ano pwedeng mangyari sayo?

What if ginaya ka. Hindi rin nagipon? wala ka din aasahan.)

B. Piliting magtrabaho kahit matanda kna. ( I hope kaya mo pa at I hope na madali mkahanap ng pagkakakitaan)

1st month 100/0.73 = 136 shares
2nd month 100/0.70 = 142 shares
3rd month 100/0.67 = 149 shares
4th month 100/0.66 = 151shares
5th month 100/0.65 = 153 shares
6th month 100/0.64 = 156 shares
Total = 887 shares
Current NAV is .075
Total value is PhP665.22

Your gain is 65.25 that is 10.87% in 7 months, imagine this in Hundred of Thousands or Millions?

Kung sa Bank mo nilagay ang 600x0.0625% = PhP0.37 in 7 months 😮 disclaimer di ako against sa bank, bank is good lalo na if purpose mo is pang business or emergency fund. Kung investment you need to check other instruments kung saan ka comfortable gawin, just make sure you have the knowledge paano iexecute. Okay ba?

WHY HEALTHCARE IS IMPORTANT? 🤔🤔🤔

FIRST, you must have proper Healthcare coverage in the event of a serious health problem or sickness. Both of these can greatly affect or upset a person's financial stability, especially during old age. Statistics show that 90% of personal bankruptcy are due to unexpected and unforeseen illnesses.

SECOND, YOU should consider your healthcare as a priority. Why? Even if you save a few hundred of pesos a month, but have no healthcare and insurance, it will not take you far. When you got sick, disabled, or die suddenly your savings won't last very long. Getting long-term Healthcare and life insurance are the best investment.

THIRD, Likewise, if you experience an emergency but your money is tied up in some investments, how could you deal with the sudden unexpected expense? If your money was not tied up then it could have been used as your emergency fund. Worst, if you have an emergency and you have no savings or emergency fund, then you may have to apply for debt.

Types of Sweldo:

1. DEAD ON THE SPOT - yung sahod na dina umabot sa kamay mo dahil sa dami ng salary deductions mo.

(Prenda, Utang, interest hanggang leeg)

Kung isa diyan ang sahod mo, why not start rebuilding your financial foundation to overcome your financial crisis?

FOCUS IN YOUR DREAMS and MAKE IT HAPPEN.❤

Lagi nating tandaan

1. Don't buy an expensive phone. A new version will come out even before you've finished paying for it.

2. Don't buy an expensive bag. Replicas are scattered everywhere. Only a trained eye will see that it's genuine.

3. Don't buy expensive shoes. You can't walk like a duck trying to keep it from deforming with every use.

4. Don't buy expensive clothing. You can't walk around showing the small tag behind your nape.

5. Don't buy an expensive watch. A 100-peso vintage watch online looks good too, and all kinds will tell the same time.

6. Don't buy expensive undergarments. It's not allowed to walk in public wearing only a Victoria's Secret bra and panties.

7. Don't buy expensive cars. It depreciates with every kilometer it runs. Your 1.2 Million-Peso SUV will sell for only 500K.

8. Don't buy a huge house. Too much space creates distance between family members. They'll grow old and leave anyway.

9. Always settle for the justified price. You can do more with two for the price of one.

10. Remember that it's not the brand that carries you. It's how you carry the brand.

Grow old wise. Grow old happy.
