Hot Air Balloon Fiesta returns with a new name in a new location—one that's just an hour away from the Metro Manila.

Flying Carnival 2020: A Weekend of Almost Everything That Flies runs from March 6, 7, 8 at San Lazaro Leisure Park in Carmona, Cavite.

What to bring?
A: Don’t forget to bring hats, shades, mosquito repellent, and pocket money for the bazaars and food stalls. Picnic mats and foldable chairs are allowed.

What are the prohibited items inside the Festival Ground?
A: Monobloc chairs, camera drones, hoverboards, and bikes are NOT allowed inside the Fiesta grounds. Bringing in alcoholic drinks, use of open flame and breakable containers and crockery are not allowed.
