- Ang Condominium po ay walang lifespan, however , the Corporation managing it, ang meron, at ksama po doon sa corporation na un lahat ng unit owner ng condo, they can consider themselves as a Share Holder of the Condo Corporation.
Malaki man po o maliit ang isang Corporation ay hanggang 50years lng po ang lifespan nito dito sa Philippines.
Pero pwede po mag renew ng another 50years ang Corporation.

So ang ownership mo po sa Condominium ay Hindi nagtatapos sa 50years lng..
