Sun Valley Fairway View Village, a new home site has been developed to provide a housing community which includes two (2) medium rise condo and single family homes.

An open field will also be developed for sports activities like a hiking trail, kayaking and a junior soccer field. The homeowners will have easy access to the nature trail of hiking and kayaking in the adjoining undeveloped area of Sun Valley which is programmed for future development. Internet and cellphone connectivity are also being upgraded for wider coverage of its communication.

Recently, Sun Valley has just concluded negotiations with Northfield to provide education for grade school and high school students, subject to the feasibility study and final planning. Further arrangement and updates will be announced as to when Northfield will commence on the construction.
