Sun Valley Golf and Residential Estates has more than 500 hectares. It is strategically located
away from the busy districts of Metro Manila and its pollution. Yet, it is easily accessible. There
is an on-going construction of a Point-to-Point depot via Makati to Antipolo and vice versa right
inside our commercial area. LRT station will be in place in the near future. Apparently, Marcos
highway is being widened as part of their road improvement plan as part of Marilaque project.
Sun Valley is composed of the Commercial area, West End, Phases 1 to 10, Hidden Pond and the
Perch. It is strictly adhering with one of HLURB requirements. Meaning, development first
before issuance of License to Sell and house construction. The owner himself keeps a hands-on
supervision to make sure that every single detail in the development is followed. He always
thinks of what more facilities can he add aside from the existing ones. There is already the
Village clubhouse, golf clubhouse, the Pavilion, the Sports Plaza, the Fishing Lagoon and the
Highland Park clubhouse at the Perch. The Fishing Lagoon has different fresh water species,
such as; the Giant Snake head, Hammerhead, Pla-plas and more. The owner is planning to add
an ATV trail and a mountain bike trail.
You can say that Sun Valley is a unique subdivision. It is where family quality time, leisure and
nature blend. You can go fishing, canoe rowing, camping and much more aside from a round of
golf. Schools are nearby as well as hospitals. There are guarded entrance gates and roving
securities are round the clock.
