[Electronic Notarization]

Application for ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐œ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ (๐„๐๐) commissioning starts on ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.

ENP is authorized to perform electronic notarial acts for principals:

(1) located ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES, and

(2) those located OUTSIDE THE PH PROVIDED within the premises of any embassies of the PH, PH consular offices, or offices of the PH Honorary Consuls abroad.
