Terms & Conditions

✅ You must sign a Sale and Purchase Agreement for your first home between 1 October and 31 October 2026.

✅ Once your Sale and Purchase Agreement becomes unconditional, the Will offer will become available and we’ll arrange to take your Will instructions.

✅ Your property purchase must settle before Christmas 2026.
