25/09/2026
It's that time of the year - ACC invoices are coming!
You may have already received yours, but if you're with us, here's what you need to know.
👉 If you were an active Hnry customer for the 2025/26 tax year:
✅ We will manage the ACC invoice for you! As we are linked as your tax agent, ACC should send a copy of this invoice directly to us.
❗That being said, there can be scenarios where ACC sends this directly to you instead ⬇️
1️⃣ If you received an ACC invoice directly and were earning through Hnry in the 2025/26 tax year:
We'll manage this invoice for you as part of our service - you can forward this to the team in your app 'help' function. Please do not pay this directly to ACC, as we have collected ACC funds to pay this on your behalf. If you were not using Hnry for the full tax year or had income earned outside of Hnry during the period, we may be in contact with you once we receive your ACC invoice to advise if there is an additional amount that you will need to pay directly to ACC.
2️⃣ If you received an ACC invoice directly and were not earning through Hnry in the 2025/26 tax year:
We won’t be managing this invoice for you, as you would not have been an active Hnry customer for the 2025/26 financial year, and we would not have collected any ACC funds for that period. Please follow the payment instructions on the invoice. All ACC deductions we’ve made since 1 April 2026 apply to the 2026/27 financial year, and ACC will invoice for that this time next year. If ACC sends the invoice to us directly, we’ll provide you with the payment details. If you only earned PAYE income in 2025/26, you can disregard this — ACC invoices only apply if you had self-employed income.
We're here to help if you need - reach out via the chat function in your Hnry App 🫶
