Our Sheree Boys has been out & about over the last few weeks, talking to Grey Power, CABs & local agencies - about the importance of putting in place Enduring Powers of Attorney, during life's journey.

Why? We have seen an increase in families encountering difficulties, when family members do not have them in place and mental capacity becomes an issue.

This places financial and emotional stress on families, who often need to make applications to the Family Court for the equivalent of Enduring Powers of Attorneys - as a Court Order. A service we can assist with.

We are ALWAYS happy to answer questions about these matters. Pop In!

And its already here! We've had a busy start, so great to have so many people take the opportunity to write, review or renew their Wil.

We run this promotion as often completing a Will is on people's "to do" list - but often never gets done.

Each September - we run our little promotion so hopefully more Wills will be completed, providing more families and individuals certainty.
