Rosa is a familiar face to the firm, having worked with us as a Summer Clerk in 2023. More recently, she spent two years with Manawatū Community Law Centre in Palmerston North, gaining valuable experience supporting her local community.

If you purchase a property with a cross lease title there are things you need to be aware of:
