🏠 Understanding Buyer Feedback When Selling

* Not all feedback is equal — one buyer’s opinion may not reflect the wider market.

* Look for patterns — repeated comments, especially about price and value, are the most important.

* Separate preferences from barriers — wanting a newer kitchen is different from believing the property is overpriced.

* Silence is feedback too — low enquiries, few viewings or no follow-up can indicate the market isn’t connecting with the property.

* Don’t overreact — avoid changing your price or strategy based on every individual comment.
