A little Friday recap from the TRIL team 💙

Another week, another group of arrivals touching down in New Zealand! ✈️🇳🇿

Getting someone here is one thing... getting them properly settled is another. There’s visas, transportation, IRD, banking and all those little things that can feel pretty overwhelming when you’re starting fresh in a new country.

It might not be the flashy part of what we do, but it matters. Our team gets stuck in behind the scenes to take a bit of that pressure off both the employee and the employer.

Support, adapt and grow. That’s what we’re about, and we’ll keep doing what we do best, making the journey a little easier and making sure we’ve got your back.

Happy Friday!

It’s Friday, which means it’s time for another TRIL end-of-week post! ✨

We hope you’re enjoying our weekly Friday posts as much as we are - this week, we’ve got a bit of everything…

🌱 New arrivals! More smiling faces have landed in New Zealand and are ready to begin their next chapter and farming adventures. We wish them all the very best and hope their transition into New Zealand goes smoothly.

🛒 Going the extra mile! Ben was spotted with a client getting ready for his dad’s arrival next weekend, making sure everything was sorted and ready for the big family reunion. His dad will be joining him here in New Zealand as a Parent Boost Visa recipient! 🎉

Sometimes what we do is about so much more than paperwork. It’s about helping families reunite, settle in and start their next chapter together. ❤️

After tackling the TCS New York City Marathon, our Director Patricia is taking on the TCS Sydney Marathon this weekend! We’ll be cheering her on from NZ. 🇦🇺💪🇳🇿

And finally, Daffodil Day! We’re proud to wear yellow and support the Cancer Society New Zealand and everyone affected by cancer. We see you, we’re thinking of you, and we’re sending our love. 💛

And yes… one team was a little short on yellow, so AI had to step in! 😂💛

Happy Friday from all of us at The Regions! ✨

While our farmers are busy counting calves, we’ve been busy counting arrivals!

This week, we welcomed a few more arrivals to New Zealand, deploying from the Philippines and Saudi Arabia and ready to make New Zealand their next adventure.

We know this is one of the busiest times of the year for farming. That’s why we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Behind the scenes, there’s a lot happening - visa lodgments, meticulous flight itineraries, airport pickups and making sure our candidates get safely to their new farms and meet their new employers. Basically, you could say we’re a one-stop shop that wears a lot of different hats.

And honestly? We love seeing how it all comes together. A farm owner gets another set of hands ready to get stuck in, while our newest arrivals get the opportunity to learn, grow and experience dairy farming in New Zealand. 🐄🇳🇿

To our newest arrivals, welcome to New Zealand! We wish you all the best as you settle in, get stuck into farm life and start this exciting new chapter. 💙

We’re pretty sure we know our way around the Auckland, Christchurch and Invercargill airports by now! ✈️

Another week, another bunch of smiling faces safely arriving in New Zealand and making their way to farms across the country.

But with calving season well and truly underway, we know our farmers are also in the thick of it! Early mornings, long days, muddy boots and plenty of newborn calves, it’s a busy time of year, and we have huge appreciation for all the farmers working hard to keep everything moving.

So, to our newest arrivals: welcome to New Zealand! We’re excited to see you settle into your new farms, and get stuck into the season ahead. And to our farmers, we see you and we appreciate you!

Another busy week, another lot of new beginnings.
