Glasshouse is coming to Christchurch!
We’ve bought Fraser Flynn Property Management, and we’re really excited about what our two teams will be able to do together.
Christchurch has been on our radar for a long time. It’s a market with real momentum, and in a lot of ways it reminds us of Hamilton. Both are cities where business is still done on relationships, and where there’s plenty of optimism and ambition about what’s next.
In the end though, it was the people who decided it. Founders Jack and Sue built Fraser Flynn on much the same standards we hold ourselves to in the Waikato, and we hit it off from the first time we met.
Jack is staying on to lead the Christchurch team through the changeover, and the PM team is unchanged, so Fraser Flynn’s owners and tenants will keep dealing with the same people they know.
From 1 November you’ll start to see the brand gradually move across to Glasshouse, starting with the website and listings.
Christchurch will run as its own local office with a full team on the ground, the same way Hamilton and Cambridge do. Every local office is a bit different, and we embrace that. We’re still an independent company focused purely on property management, with no sales arm and no franchises, and that isn’t changing as we grow.
