PARTNER OF A STUDENT WORK VISA – APPROVED ✅
We are delighted to share another successful visa outcome.
This application involved a couple who had been living across multiple countries over the last few years, which meant their relationship history and supporting evidence needed to be presented carefully and completely.
With partnership applications, it is not simply about providing a large number of documents. The evidence needs to clearly establish the background of the relationship, periods of living together and apart, ongoing communication and commitment, while also ensuring the other application requirements are properly addressed.
This application required careful preparation and a few rounds of coordination with Immigration New Zealand before the application was successfully approved.
A great outcome, and we are very happy for the couple as they can now look forward to starting their life together in New Zealand.

We recently worked with a client whose AEWV application involved issues around the authentication of their qualification.
Rather than allowing the issue to become a barrier, we worked closely with the client and Immigration New Zealand to understand and address the requirements, provide the necessary information, and move the application forward.
After working through the qualification requirements, the application was successfully filed and we are delighted to share the outcome:
AEWV APPROVED. ✅
Sometimes immigration applications are not straightforward. Understanding what is required, responding carefully and presenting the right information can make an important difference.
