The Webb Farry Building – our home, shared with good company
Originally built as the home of A&T Burt, one of New Zealand’s pioneering engineering and industrial firms, the 70 Stuart St building has welcomed generations of businesses and people who have helped shape our city – including well-known names such as R&R Sport.
Today, we are proud to continue its story as the Webb Farry Building, a beautifully restored heritage landmark that celebrates Dunedin’s character while offering a vibrant setting for modern businesses and hospitality.
We’re delighted to welcome Alondo, Dunedin’s newest Italian restaurant, to the ground floor. Their arrival adds to the energy and warmth of the building, creating another place for people to gather, connect and enjoy our city.
Great heritage buildings aren’t defined by standing still. They continue to evolve when they are cared for, used and enjoyed by those around them. We believe buildings of significance thrive when they are filled with great ideas, ambitious businesses and the energy of a vibrant community.
We’re proud to call the Webb Farry Building at 70 Stuart Street home and look forward to sharing its next chapter with the people, businesses and visitors who bring central Dunedin to life.
