π¨ Water pouring onto the roof during a property viewing? That's a problem that can't wait.
At 7:45pm on Sunday night, we received an urgent job request from a Christchurch property manager after a sales agent spotted hot water spilling into the roof spouting during a house viewing.
By 8:00am Monday morning, Grant was onsite investigating the issue.
The culprit? A very old Nefa valve had failed, allowing hot water to continuously discharge into the spouting.
β
Fault diagnosed.
β
New Nefa valve installed.
β
Problem resolved.
For property managers, timing matters. Fast action can prevent unnecessary water waste, reduce the risk of further damage, and give everyone confidence that the issue is under control.
When something unexpected happens, you need a plumbing team that's ready to respond.
That's what we're here for.
