| Twelve weeks to Christmas, and Christchurch isn't slowing down.
Our team ran 1,770 open homes last month and received 1,292 enquiries. We listed 216 properties and sold 159. Half of those sales went under the hammer, and 13 of them were brought forward because the interest was there early.
Grenadier sales volume is up around 6% on September last year.
