Having been sold only 6 months ago via a Ray White Auction campaign, we knew we had our work cut out for us to achieve a positive outcome for our vendors, who quickly discovered that this home didn't quite fit their changing lifestyle as perfectly as anticipated.
A little apprehensive at first, knowing that the housing market was arguably a little hotter when they purchased it in October 2025, being the peak of the real estate season, and when petrol prices sat comfortably below $3 a litre. However, not being ones to shy away from a challenge, we were determined to achieve a positive result for our vendors.
Choosing a method of sale that appealed to the largest pool of buyers was a key focus, and just like every property we take to market, pre-marketing to our database of active buyers, exposing the listing as wide as possible and strategically making viewers aware of the demand for the property is what we did well.
Sorry, we can't give away all of our secrets....
