Auckland property prices held steady in September even though sales turnover was at its lowest in five months.

โ€œFor the second consecutive month sale prices did not follow the decline in sales numbers, which at 768 were the second lowest for a month this year,โ€ said Peter Thompson, Managing Director, Barfoot & Thompson.
