A new five star hotel is proposed for downtown Auckland, and Queen City Law is acting for the developer.

Bloomberg covered the Wolfe Hotel last week. What makes it interesting is what investors keep telling us: they want something they can see and touch and feel, not a line on a fund statement.

Count the cranes on the Auckland skyline at the moment. It is a short count. Projects like this only happen with capital willing to back them.
