Yesterday’s Property Disputes Conference 2026 brought together legal practitioners to share insights into the most pressing issues shaping today’s property landscape.

Under the theme “Common Challenges, Practical Solutions”, the programme explored key risks and recurring disputes across residential, commercial, and cross-ownership contexts. Speakers provided practical guidance on emerging case law, recent developments in practice, and effective approaches to dispute resolution, with a strong emphasis on real-world application for practitioners.

The conference also marked the release of the new Property Disputes Committee Manual.

We extend our thanks to all speakers, contributors, and attendees who made the event a success, and to our sponsor LexisNexis for their continued support.
