कति दिन बस्न पाउनुहुन्छ भन्ने कुरा I-94 Record मा लेखिएको हुन्छ।
त्यसैले अमेरिका पुगेपछि सबैभन्दा पहिले आफ्नो I-94 जाँच गर्नुस्।
I-94 मा लेखिएभन्दा बढी दिन बस्नुभयो भने — त्यो immigration नियमको उल्लङ्घन हुन सक्छ। र यस्तो नियम उल्लघन गर्यो भने तपाई Deportation मा पनि पर्न सक्नु हुन्छ ।

विशेषतः विदेशमा बसोबास गर्ने नेपालीहरूका लागि, भौगोलिक दूरीले न्यायिक प्रक्रियामा सहभागिताका चुनौतीहरू सिर्जना गर्ने गरेको छ। यस्ता परिस्थितिमा डिजिटल माध्यममार्फत न्यायमा पहुँच सुनिश्चित गर्ने विषय कानुनी, संवैधानिक तथा व्यावहारिक दृष्टिले झन् महत्वपूर्ण बन्दै गएको छ।

यसै सन्दर्भमा Legalaya द्वारा आयोजित “Justice Beyond Borders” वेबिनारमा सम्मानित सर्वोच्च अदालतबाट सभ्यता के.सी. को मुद्दामा भएको आदेशको विधिशास्त्रीय विश्लेषण गरिदैछ। साथै, डिजिटल युगमा फौजदारी कार्यविधिको पुनर्व्याख्या, न्यायमा पहुँचको संवैधानिक आधार तथा यसले प्रवासी नेपाली समुदायमा पार्न सक्ने प्रभावबारे समेत गहन छलफल हुनेछ।
