Documents Required:
1. A valid passport the validity of which has to exceed that of the requested visa by at least 3 months.
2. 6 recent passport-size color photos with white background.
3. A wholly completed and signed college application form.

5. Visa fee payable in cash INR 3620 (may change)
6. Covering letter for the purpose of the visit. (SOP)
7. Letter of admission from the University /College in Hungary.
8. Confirmation of the payment of the tuition fee in advance.
9. The certificate of confirm accommodation in Hungary. (The document certifying accommodation in a student hostel issues by University /College or the tenancy contract with a duplicate of the title deed.
10. A travel heath insurance of 30,000 Euro for 1 year.- it should be manually signed & original sealed from travel company person.
11. 3 photocopies of Student educational Documents (10 & 12 class mark sheet, certificates, provisional, diplomas, work experience along with bank transfer receipts).
12. Please bring all your original educational documents and your work experience letter if you have any at the time of Embassy Interview.
13. Financial coverage of the expenses can be certified with the following documents:
• Funds to show: 6-7 Lakhs NRS.
• Student’s personal bank statement should be 6 months bank statement (If not available then students parents can show their bank statement with parents sponsorship letter).
Important Facts to Remember during visa processing
1. Student visa application form.
2. All the documents mentioned above should be in A4 size only & should be translated in English Language.
3. If Student has a passport with turban and he is cut surd he has to summit the affidavit to the Embassy. (The same can be downloaded from Indo European Head Office online section)
4. After applying the visa the waiting time will be 45 – 60 Days.
Important Things:
1. IELTS not mandatory & student have to face an interview at the time of file submission at the embassy
2. Original sets of documents are required & student can carry 1 set of photocopy for safer side but embassy will take original set only.
