Who can initiate a divorce case ?

Any party, either husband or wife, seeking for divorce can file a case. But, court will only accept the case if there is a reasonable cause for seeking the same. Court makes sure that the other party gets its chance to clarify any allegations, resolve any property related disputes, resolves preparation for child support if needed and only then grants the divorce.

Visitation Rights !

Visitation right refers to right of non-custodial parent to visit the child. This provision is mentioned in Article 117 of Civil Code of Nepal.
