हाल कक्षा १२ का कानून अध्ययन गरिरहेका विद्यार्थी अपर्णा खरेल,कानुन खड्का, र आँचल कुमारी यादवले तीनवटा प्रमुख समस्यालाई सम्बोधन गर्दै नेपाल सरकार, शिक्षा, विज्ञान तथा प्रविधि मन्त्रालयमा र नेपाल ल क्याम्पस (NLC)मा ध्यानाकर्षण पत्र बुझाएका छन् ।
१) BALLB प्रवेश परीक्षामा सोधिने प्रश्नहरूभन्दा +२ कानूनको पाठ्यक्रम बिल्कुलै फरक भएको र उक्त पाठ्यक्रमलाई बदल्न,
2) TU अन्तर्गत रहेको NLC मा सिमित सिटहरू छन् र विद्यार्थीको बढ्दो चापलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै सिटको संख्या बढाउने,
3) BALLB कानूनका विद्यार्थीहरूमा मात्र सीमित हुनुपर्छ, र अन्य संकायहरूमा जस्तै विज्ञान र व्यवस्थापनमा +2 पूरा गर्नेहरूले BALLB गर्न नपाउने कानुन तत्काल निर्माण गर्नका लगि।
यदि यी तीन सर्तहरू पूरा भएन भने, आफ्ना माग पूरा गर्नका लागि उनीहरुले रिटको बाटो अवलम्बन गर्ने भनेका छन्।
