Fetch™ available as SaaS

Intelligent Operations is proud to announce that IntOp Fetch™ is now available to our clients as Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. This is a milestone for the company. IntOp is now in position to provide current and new clients with a modern SaaS solution on Microsoft Azure platform.

🌏 Intelligent Operations will be at at Energyworld September 16th 2021 🌏

In 2021 Computerworld is hosting Energyworld for the 10th year in a row. The conference will be held in Stavanger Forum on September 16th. Come visit us at our stand.

Energyworld is the meeting place for anyone working with process, technology and IT-decisions. Anyone with a strategic interest in exchanging ideas about technology within the oil- and gas industry are welcome to attend.

Intelligent Operations har valgt Ivar Rusdal til ny Styreleder og Tor-Axel Schwerdt som nytt Styremedlem i selskapet.

Ivar Rusdal er utdannet Cand. Real. fra Universitetet i Oslo og har lang yrkeserfaring fra finans- og banknæringen, samt erfaring fra internasjonale organisasjoner i mediabransjen. Ivar var bl.a. Adm. Dir. og Styreleder i Nordsjø Media, Styreleder i Lyse, i Dalane Energi og i Nordic Edge.

Tor-Axel Schwerdt er advokat utdannet fra Universitetet i Bergen og har erfaring fra både industri og advokatfirma, bl.a. fra Seadrill, Subsea 7, Aker Solutions, Deloitte og KPMG. Tor-Axel er spesialist innenfor fagområdene selskapsrett, oppkjøp, kontrakt og arbeidsmiljø.

"Vi er svært fornøyd med å få inn slike erfarne styremedlemmer i Intelligent Operations. I tillegg til sin betydelige erfaring og kompetanse vil begge medbringe nye impulser og mer dynamikk inn i styret", sier avgått styreleder Anne Vedvik.

Forøvrig fortsetter Anne Vedvik, Stein Fredriksen og Trond R. Ramslie i styret, bestående av i alt 5 personer.
